Today has seen the announcement by the WRU of the league format for rugby games from Aug - Nov.
We find ourselves in a tough but exciting competitive league where we will meet the following teams in the WRU Bowl.

Deri
Gwernyfed
Hirwaun
We look forward to welcoming all the above teams and we are sure that all will enjoy the hospitality, beers and customary after game food.
Training continues this coming Tuesday in preparation. Sessions have steadily become conditioned towards contact and the boys are looking good.
