Position - Prop ( can play anywhere in the pack ).

Previous senior clubs - Bargoed, Fleur dy lys, Oakdale, Aberbargoed, Porthcawl RFC.

Best rugby moment - Playing at the principality stadium and winning the WRU national bowl- 29th April 2018.

Favorite rugby player - Alyn Wyn Jones.

What does being captain mean to you - Being the Ynysowen captain means that i am now taking responsibility for my whole team. I have now become the leader and must set the standard in training and on game day of what it means to be a great team mate. I must lead by example and as the team captain i know that my attitude and actions will set the tone for the rest of the team.

Favorite food - Chinese, Cheese potatoe pie.

Favorite alcoholic drink - Dark fruits, Cherry brandy and coke.

Favorite movie - Independence Day.

Favorite music - Dance and RnB.

What do you do in your spare time - I work full time in a call centre and one evening a week work in a local youth club. I enjoy going to the gym and spending as much time with my kids as possible . I always try to go out and about with the family doing things we all enjoy. Family means everything to me .
